Ingredients

  • 3 Cups of Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups of Coconut Flakes (or any other coconut like desicated coconut)
  • 1/4 Cup of Sliced Almonds
  • 1/8 Cup of Chia Seeds
  • 1/8 Cup of Flax Seeds
  • 1/8 Cup of Quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Sweetner (honey, golden syrup, rice syrup or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbls of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup of Sultanas

Directions

  1. Preheat owen to 135 degrees celcius
  2. Mix everything except sultanas in one bowl
  3. Melt and mix sweetner and oil on small pot with cocoa powder
  4. Add oil mix to the bow and mix it all together ensuring that mixture is nice and wet
  5. Spread the mix on an owen tray and place it in the oven
  6. Bake for 40 minutes stirring at a half time
  7. If not finished bake for another 3 minutes
  8. Take the mixture out of oven, empty into a large bowl and allow to cool before putting it in the jars
