This granola recipe comes from meal prep video on YouTube of Pro Home Cooks Channel - Meal Prep

Ingredients
- 3 Cups of Rolled Oats
- 2 Cups of Coconut Flakes (or any other coconut like desicated coconut)
- 1/4 Cup of Sliced Almonds
- 1/8 Cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/8 Cup of Flax Seeds
- 1/8 Cup of Quinoa
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup of Sweetner (honey, golden syrup, rice syrup or maple syrup)
- 2 tbls of Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup of Sultanas
Directions
- Preheat owen to 135 degrees celcius
- Mix everything except sultanas in one bowl
- Melt and mix sweetner and oil on small pot with cocoa powder
- Add oil mix to the bow and mix it all together ensuring that mixture is nice and wet
- Spread the mix on an owen tray and place it in the oven
- Bake for 40 minutes stirring at a half time
- If not finished bake for another 3 minutes
- Take the mixture out of oven, empty into a large bowl and allow to cool before putting it in the jars
